Chuck Schulte, PT, ATC

Chuck Schulte founded Diamond Physical Therapy in 1993. Since then, he has had the opportunity to provide care for a wide range of patients.

Chuck received his Master's Degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Virginia in 1985, and completed his Physical Therapy degree at Northwestern University in 1990. Chuck worked as an athletic trainer in the NCAA Division I at the University of Virginia and Tulane University, as well as at the High School level in the Chicago Suburbs.

Mike Karom, PT

Mike has worked in the home healthcare field in the Fox Valley area for nearly 27 years. Prior to working in home health care Mike spent 4 years with the Navy doing physical therapy in Great Lakes, IL.

Having worked in the home health field, Mike has been able to work with people of all ages and states of health. He graduated from the University of Illinois - Medical Center of Chicago and currently resides in Elgin with his wife. Mike enjoys spending time with his children and chasing his 5 grandchildren.

Kelley Hoyt, PT

Kelley has been in the physical therapy field for 24 years.

She is originally from Idaho now resides in East Dundee and spends her leisure time with her friends and family and working within her church or children's schools. Kelley enjoys camping skiing, swimming and gardening as well as spending time with her family of four and two guinea pigs.

Kelley received her Bachelors from the University of New Mexico in 1983 and her Masters degree from Northwestern University in 1994. She has practiced in Idaho, New Mexico, Florida, Colorado, and right here in Illinois.

Tina Pasion - de Goma, PT

Tina has been practicing physical therapy for 7 years.

She graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 2000. Tina spent 5 years practicing in an outpatient facility in the Philippines handling a variety of cases and spent the past 2 years working in Illinois. Tina has experience in but is not limited to; musculoskeletal, orthopedic and neurologic conditions.

Tina loves working with people and having the ability to help patients return to their every day functions and achieve their goals. Tina is also fluent speaking in Pilipino and now resides in Algonquin.

Eva Fox, Vice President of Administration

Eva Fox joined the Diamond Physical Therapy staff in June 2006. She received her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and worked as a store manager for Jewel Osco for 18 years. She resides in Lake in the Hills with her husband and two children.

Kim Reilly, Public Relations and Marketing Director

Kim is truly a "Texan" at heart, but has been in the Algonquin/Lake in the Hills area since 1992 (with a 3 year hiatus to Canada!). She and husband, Mike, have three children, of which two are "out of the nest" and the last is in her third year at Boston University. If you have any questions regarding patient-physician relationships or advertising, please ask Kim.

Gosette Ignoffo - Income Manager

Gosette started in July and currently resides in Cary, IL with her husband and three children. She has been working within the medical billing field for over 20 years. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. If you have any questions about your account please don't hesitate to ask Gosette.

Chris Petrakovic - Receptionist

Chris joined Diamond Physical Therapy in October. Chris currently resides in Elgin and is the mother of one daughter. In her free time she enjoys cooking and attending her daughters activities. Any questions concerning scheduling an appointment or locating the business can be directed to her and she will be more than happy to assist you.
