Chuck Schulte founded Diamond Physical Therapy in 1993. Since then, he has had the opportunity to provide care for a wide range of patients.
Chuck received his Master's Degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Virginia in 1985, and completed his Physical Therapy degree at Northwestern University in 1990. Chuck worked as an athletic trainer in the NCAA Division I at the University of Virginia and Tulane University, as well as at the High School level in the Chicago Suburbs.
Andrea Didenko, PTA, LMT
Previously a Contract Therapist, Andrea has experience in several therapy settings.
Married for 5 years with a one-year old daughter, she has lived in the area for 27 years.
Andrea graduated from the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, IL in 2003. In 2005, Andrea graduated from National University of Health Sciences with her Massage Therapy license.
Les Michalski, PT
Les has been in physical therapy in a variety of settings for 31 years. He received his BA in Physical Therapy from the University of Krakow (Poland) in 1978 and his Master Degree in Physical Therapy from Krakow Medical School in 1981.
Les is married, has two grown sons and resides in Schaumburg. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, playing tennis and car racing.
Casey Holmes, PT, CSCS
Casey has been in the physical therapy field for over 20 years. She advanced her education at UHS - The Chicago Medical School and graduated in 1995. She has a strong background in treating various orthopedic conditions. Casey works with such sport teams as St. Viator Lacrosse, Mouseheart Football, and the Kane County Eagles - semi pro football. Being a retired triathlete, she enjoys biking, swimming, cooking and her dog, Ramsey.
She specializes in spine conditions and geriatrics.
Linda Yasukawa, PT, MS
Linda has been a physical therapist for over 25 years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Marquette University. From here, she then received her Master of Science in Rehabilitation Services Administration from DePaul University.
She possesses clinical expertise in treating patients with vestibular & balance issues, headaches, back pain and neurological conditions ranging from Parkinson’s to neuropathy to other neuromuscular diseases/conditions. Linda is also one of our Aquatic Therapists.
Eva Fox, Vice President of Administration
Eva Fox joined the Diamond Physical Therapy staff in June 2006. She received her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and worked as a store manager for Jewel Osco for 18 years. She resides in Lake in the Hills with her husband and two children.
Gosette Ignoffo - Income Manager
Gosette started in July and currently resides in Cary, IL with her husband and three children. She has been working within the medical billing field for over 20 years. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. If you have any questions about your account please don't hesitate to ask Gosette.
Mary Huellen - Receptionist
Mary started at Diamond Physical Therapy at the end of April, 2009. She and her husband have lived in Algonquin for 21 years. Their daughter is an elementary school teacher and their son will be going to Southern Illinois University this fall to study architecture.

Bobbi Manka - Evening Receptionist
Bobbi joined Diamond Physical Therapy in March of 2009. She resides in Lake in the Hills. Bobbi and her husband, Dan, have been married for 37years and have 2 children and 5 grandchildren.
During her free time, Bobbi and Dan love to go camping. She is always setting "baking" dates with her grandchildren as they love to bake cake, cookies, brownies, and muffins!
